What You Bring to the Table: Demonstrated de-escalation skills in safety-critical situations where tensions are high.Crisis management skills/experienceA clean driving record and at least 3 years of driving experience.Comfort with technology and tools like laptops, GSuite, chrome OSStellar communication skills to handle high-pressure situations with grace.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and occasional travel. Minimum Requirements: Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma (bonus points for a degree in applied sciences!).Must be able to type 40+ words per minute.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Pass a background check, drug test, and physical.Physical stamina for long hours of sitting.At least 3 years of driving experience requiredAt least 1 year of 911 telecommunications experience or similar preferredSimilar experience: Crisis Management, Suicide Prevention, First Responders, AV Emergency Support, AV Support, Air traffic control, Fire/EMS Dispatching, Remote Roadside Assistance Support Pay $30/h.
