Autonomous Vehicle - Emergency Response Specialist

Ready to drive into a cutting-edge career? TaskUs is looking for dynamic individuals to support and enhance the journey of autonomous vehicles. This role involves:

• Operate and assist autonomous vehicles while ensuring top-notch safety standards
• Adapt & Act Fast: Tackle ever-changing environments with quick thinking and a calm demeanor
• Tech Whiz: Monitor and report on vehicle operations using software systems, laptops, and smartphones
• Customer Hero: Provide excellent service to passengers and the public while showcasing the marvels of self-driving technology
• Rescue Ranger: Safely recover driverless vehicles and assist passengers in navigating unexpected situations

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma (bonus points for a degree in applied sciences)
• Able to type 40+ words per minute
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Pass a background check, drug test, and physical
• At least 3 years of driving experience required
• At least 1 year of 911 telecommunications experience or similar preferred
• Similar experience: Crisis Management, Suicide Prevention, First Responders, AV Emergency Support, AV Support, Air traffic control, Fire/EMS Dispatching, Remote Roadside Assistance Support
