Responsibilities

• Detect and diagnose vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
• Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information systems
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Follow all safety policies and manufacturer procedures
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques
• Able to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or certification in automotive technology
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• Knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
• Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
