We are searching for a Manager for every shop that wishes they had. This role requires someone who can lead by example, earn the respect of technicians, build trust with customers, coach people instead of criticizing them, take ownership of the business, and want to build something they're proud of.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team
• Coach service advisors and technicians
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Manage daily shop operations
• Drive sales while maintaining the highest level of integrity
• Monitor key performance indicators including car count, ARO, close ratio, gross profit, and technician productivity
• Recruit, hire, and develop future leaders
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Create a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Previous automotive management experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair knowledge
• Leadership skills that inspire others
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• A passion for developing employees
• The ability to make sound business decisions
• A valid driver's license
• High integrity and a strong work ethic

Qualifications

• Bonus points if you have ASE certifications
• Experience managing a high-volume automotive repair facility
• Experience reading financial reports and managing profitability

$65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
