About the role

The Shop Manager oversees the daily operations of an automotive repair shop, ensuring high-quality guest service, team leadership, and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance, focusing on sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, handle escalated complaints, and maintain store standards.
• Lead and coach team members, set expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and promote staff development.
• Analyze business trends, develop strategies to meet sales and profit targets, and control expenses.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility, including equipment inspections and housekeeping standards.
• Manage inventory, ensure timely returns, and control financial assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive sales or management experience, preferably in auto repair.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop plans, and meet sales and profit goals.
• Effective communication, business strategy knowledge, and previous technical experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18.
