Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Ensuring outstanding customer experiences, maintaining store standards, and handling escalated complaints.

• Financial Oversight: Analyzing business trends, developing strategies to meet sales and profit goals, managing expenses, invoices, and inventory control.
• Facilities Maintenance: Keeping the store clean, ensuring equipment functionality, and managing vendor returns efficiently.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of sales or management experience in an automotive or related industry.
• Proven success in team leadership, business development, and meeting sales and profit targets.
• Effective communication skills and ability to implement strategies.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18.
