About the role
JEFF D'AMBROSIO CDJR is looking for an experienced CDJR Technician to oversee work in their 28-person air conditioned service department.
Responsibilities
- Able to direct work flow for maximum productivity in the service department.
- Work with experienced flat rate technicians and train young inexperienced technicians.
- Install quality control procedures which require work is completed correctly first time.
- Work with technicians on hard to solve diagnostic issues.
- Have full support team to assist with shop operations.
Requirements
Certified CDJR Technician.
Qualifications
Experienced in working with technicians and training new staff.
Skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues, leadership skills, attention to detail, ability to train others.
