Automotive Service Repair District Manager - Central Jersey

Job Summary

At MIDAS, we offer an uncapped bonus plan where you can earn as much as you can produce. We are seeking a District Manager to lead the growth and direction of our shops, treating them as partners and entrusting them with full operational direction.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, and holding store managers accountable.
• Ensuring operational efficiency in each store.
• Ensuring consistent marketing efforts across each store.
• Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections.
• Ensuring stores adhere to company and industry regulations.
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in each store.
• Managing a regional budget and ensuring each store operates within the budget.
• Monitoring each store's P&L reports.
• Addressing operational problems that arise.
• Liaising between store locations and company executives.
• Maintaining consistent customer service levels across stores.
• Making recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Strong background in people and operations management for at least 3 years.
• Knowledge of the automotive service/tire industry, computer usage, and multitasking.
• Procedural compliance and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• Quantitative aptitude and experience managing budgets.
• Leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

$85,000.00 - $150,000 per year
