Key Responsibilities

• Lead Operations: Manage daily service department workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Elevate Experience: Maintain flawless customer satisfaction scores matching dealership standards.
• Drive Financials: Optimize department profitability, labor rates, and parts turnover.
• Mentor Talent: Recruit, train, and retain elite service advisors and certified technicians.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold strict factory warranty procedures and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Manager.
• Track Record: Proven history of hitting high profitability goals and CSI/CSE scores.
• Leadership: Strong ability to inspire teams and manage high-pressure situations calmly.
• Skills: Proficient with modern DMS systems (Dealertrack, CDK, or Reynolds & Reynolds).
• Education: Degree in business administration or automotive technology preferred.

Compensation

Starting at $95,000 and up to $125,000+ for top performers. Base salary + performance bonuses.
