Huffines Service Manager Job Description

The Huffines Automotive Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the service drive. The Service Drive Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers are provided with a high-quality service experience and that the dealership achieves its sales and service level objectives.

• Ensures that customer satisfaction is a top priority and that customers receive excellent service and support during their visit
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of service drive staff
• Develop and implement strategies to increase service revenue
• Maintains quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks
• Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality
• Ensures that the customer waiting areas are kept clean
• Ensures that all customers are greeted promptly and given fair estimates on costs and time required for repairs and maintenance
• Performs all other duties associated with the management of a successful Genesis dealership experience
