About the Role
The Service Manager is responsible for providing advanced auto services with exceptional customer service, leading the shop and team, and ensuring the shop meets company goals and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Provide full leadership of the shop and team
- Provide technical assistance and support
- Assign daily tasks
- Review shop performance to meet company goals and budgets
- Own staffing and associate development
Qualifications
- ASE A4/A5 Certifications or ability to obtain within 1 year
- 1+ years of management experience
- Valid driver's license
- 18 years of age or older

Pay
Base pay starting at $53,000/yr. The actual pay could be higher based on experience. Compensation decisions are contingent on the facts and conditions for each job opening, including minimum requirements, work location, required travel, and external market conditions.
