As the Automotive Shop Dispatcher, you will be the key orchestrator ensuring seamless operations within our retail automotive service department. This role demands strategic coordination, balancing efficient work scheduling, maximizing technician productivity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications

• At least two years of automotive dealership service department experience, preferably as a service dispatcher, or Master/A level Technician, and preferably in a union shop.
• A steady job history and track record for success.
• Fluent hands-on experience with Reynolds& Reynolds or CDK dealer management systems.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technicians and customers.
• Understands how to effectively load a service shop schedule.
• Can distribute work to technicians in an orderly and efficient manner.
• Team player that works well with service, parts, and other dealership employees.
• Can continually be responsive to the needs and concerns of the service manager and all service personnel.
