We have an immediate opening for a well-organized team player with previous cash handling and reception experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and review – closing repair orders, parts invoices / creating receipts
• Problem resolutions of account related issues
• Balancing daily deposit of cash, credit cards, and checks
• Greeting customers
• Matching checks to invoices/payment requests
• Entering invoices in Excel; reconciling batches; researching & resolving payables issues with vendors
• Answer phones and take messages
• Filing and boxing repair orders and parts invoices
• Cashiering
