Responsibilities

• Review the service bill for accuracy and cost
• Calculate customer's invoice utilizing dealership software
• Ensure appropriate manufacturer or 3rd party warranties were applied if applicable
• Receive proper method of payment from customers and record the appropriate amount received on the applicable repair order
• Relay customer concerns, questions, and/or needs to the service team
• Be the voice of the dealership to ensure complete customer satisfaction was delivered
• Perform other duties as requested by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Professional appearance and grooming standards
• Ability to work well with customers while maintaining poise and professionalism at all times, exhibiting a friendly, helpful attitude

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service cashier experience a plus
• Previous experience with CDK software a plus
