Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and reconciliations
- Process payments while delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Handle clerical tasks, paperwork, and filing
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
- Availability to work Saturdays is required
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused with a strong customer service mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong accuracy in cash handling and financial transactions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office experience within an automotive dealership is preferred, but not required
- CDK experience is a plus
Pay
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
