Mercedes-Benz of Scarborough is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail sales and service. We are growing and looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to work with our Quality Dealership representing a Quality Product!

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to diagnose and repair vehicles
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
• Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Automotive Service Advisor Experience
• Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
• Able to Achieve Targeted Goals
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License

Pay

The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000/year
