Automotive Technician – Mercedes-Benz of Scarborough

About the role

Mercedes-Benz of Scarborough is part of Group 1 Automotive, a fast-growing leader in automotive retail. We are currently seeking qualified Automotive Flat-Rate Technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

Pay

Compensation Range: $20/hr - $55/hr (depending on experience)
