About the role

BMW of Stratham is part of fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are seeking a qualified Automotive Repair Technician to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure vehicles are running smoothly
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Requirements

• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred
• CDK and/or Xtime proficiency preferred
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong desire to provide exceptional client experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Pay

This position will pay $75,000 - $125,000 a year, based on commission earnings.

Schedule

Hours are flexible and can be arranged to fit your schedule.
