About the role

Acura of Westwood is part of fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are seeking a qualified Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle needs and ensuring they leave satisfied.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Operate within established safety protocols and quality standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Pay

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $3,333 – $13,000.

Schedule

Hours are flexible and will be determined based on the needs of the department and the employee's availability.
