Automotive Service Advisor

Role Overview: The Service Advisor performs automotive services efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with purchases in a sales-focused environmentUse computer systems to manage inventory, set up work orders, schedule services, and communicate with the service departmentExplain work orders and invoices to customersHandle retail cashier duties, including processing paymentsInstall batteries, balance wheels, and perform tire repairs and installationsConduct oil changes following LOF proceduresInterpret vehicle inspection results and make appropriate service recommendationsAdhere to safety and loss prevention policies Qualifications & Skills: Excellent communication skillsAbility to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checksProficiency in English, with effective communication with customers and coworkersMust be 18 or olderPrior auto repair and retail experience preferred Benefits & Compensation: Competitive hourly pay up to $20.00/hr with weekend premium payFull-time associates gain access to health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and other benefits after 91 daysAdditional perks include associate discounts, recognition programs, 401(K) with match, and paid ASE certifications
