Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

The Sales and Service Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling automotive products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone.
• Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and document service needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional suggestions from technicians.
• Provide accurate quotes, update customers on service progress, and explain warranties.
• Follow proper procedures during checkout and conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranties, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance, process-driven mindset, and valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a State Inspector License within 30 days of hire.

• Physical capacity to stand, bend, lift up to 70 pounds, and operate in varying environmental conditions.
