Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

The Sales and Service Advisor promotes and sells all products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication, accurate documentation, and service recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and on the phone.
• Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and document service needs.
• Recommend appropriate services and communicate additional suggestions clearly.
• Provide accurate quotes, update customers on service progress, and review warranties.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and track returns and warranty parts.
• Adhere to company policies and demonstrate customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not required.
• Professional appearance, process-driven mindset, and ability to work Monday through Saturday.

Skills & Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 70 pounds, and communicate effectively in a noisy environment.
• PPE may be required, and accommodations are available for disabilities.
