Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a customer-focused, sales-minded individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor. No prior experience is necessary!

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to determine their vehicle repair and service needs.
• Increase customer satisfaction by building strong customer relationships.
• Maintain high standards of ethical business practices, professionalism, and customer service.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers regularly.
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail promotions.
• Oversee technicians working on customers' vehicles, including time management, parts ordering, and job completion times.
• Participate in quality control processes.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures as needed.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
• Automotive service advisor experience.
• The ability to focus and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications
