Automotive Sales / Service BDC Agent: Toyota

Responsibilities

• Contacting Sales / Service Prospects and existing Customers By Phone, Text, and or Email through our state of the art CRM system to secure Sales / Service Appointments
• Must have excellent phone skills
• Must have a warm, professional and enthusiastic personality
• Must make at least 80 to 100 daily contact attempts through the 3 different media methods listed above
• Typing speed should be 25 to 30 WPM (preferred 50+ WPM)

• Minimum typing speed of 25 to 30 WPM

Pay

• Sales BDC Rep: Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $16.90. Production bonus based on individual or team performance ranging from $0.00 to no fixed upper limit.
• Service BDC Rep: Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $18.00. Production bonus based on individual or team performance ranging from $0.00 to no fixed upper limit.
