Responsibilities
- Lead customers through their sales journey enthusiastically
- Represent the dealership professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Communicate with potential prospects via web leads, phone leads, and store leads
- Frequent training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Positive and cooperative demeanor
- Quickly connect and build relationships with others
- Persuasive with a strong drive for results
- Tolerant of uncertainty
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
