Responsibilities

  • Lead customers through their sales journey enthusiastically
  • Represent the dealership professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with potential prospects via web leads, phone leads, and store leads
  • Frequent training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Positive and cooperative demeanor
  • Quickly connect and build relationships with others
  • Persuasive with a strong drive for results
  • Tolerant of uncertainty
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
