About the role

Responsibilities
- Aid customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and available options
- Follow up with prospective customers using phone, email, and text
- Learn and apply proven sales processes and product knowledge
- Work alongside Sales Management to achieve individual and dealership goals
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive sales experience is helpful but not required
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet our insurance eligibility requirements
- Ability to use your own laptop for daily operations
