About the Role

Autos of Chicago is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and close sales in one of the largest independent dealerships in the Chicagoland area. We offer a high-volume environment with over 500 vehicles in inventory, strong lead flow, and a reputation for exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
• Desk deals and assist in closing sales.
• Work closely with Finance, BDC, and Inventory departments.
• Monitor CRM activity and ensure proper customer follow-up.
• Train and develop sales consultants.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI scores.
• Help manage inventory and pricing strategies.
• Ensure dealership processes and policies are followed.

Requirements

• Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience required.
• Strong leadership and closing skills.
• Experience desking deals and managing sales staff.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (VinSolutions experience is a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
