Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and dealership goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Cook up coordination with other departments such as finance, service, and marketing to ensure smooth dealership operations.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new sales staff to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
  • Customer-oriented approach with strong negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to work in Delray Beach, FL.
