Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and dealership goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Cook up coordination with other departments such as finance, service, and marketing to ensure smooth dealership operations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales staff to build a high-performing sales team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to work in Delray Beach, FL.
