Automotive Sales Floor Manager

About the role

Hilbish Ford is seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Sales Floor Manager to lead our sales team and drive the success of our dealership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role involves setting and achieving sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, and fostering a high‑performance sales culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership sales goals
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the sales team's performance
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
• Ensure adherence to the dealership's sales process and standards
• All other duties assigned

Requirements

• Experience in automotive sales, with a successful track record in sales management preferred
• In‑depth knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and effective sales strategies
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Must pass pre‑employment background screenings
