Responsibilities

  • Mastery of the product lineup, including cutting-edge features and custom packages
  • Building relationships with first-time buyers to convert them into lifelong clients
  • Leading with curiosity and insight during the buying journey
  • Handling interactions with poise and professionalism, including CRM follow-ups, texting, and email
  • Polishing vehicle demonstrations and following up with care and consistency
  • Shaping the team's performance and reporting key insights to Senior Management
  • Adapting to high-gear environments and working weekends and holidays when needed

Requirements

  • At least three years of automotive experience
  • Industry insight and valuable communication skills
  • Punctuality and reliability

  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership systems
