About the role
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our award-winning team in Waterloo, Iowa. Our mission is to be so effective that we are able to be helpful to others.
Responsibilities
- Aid customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Learn and present vehicle features, technology, and product information.
- Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to customers.
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact through delivery.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
- Work closely with sales managers and team members to achieve department goals.
- Represent Rydell Chevrolet professionally and positively at all times.

Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, business development, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience working in a commission-based environment is preferred.

Pay
Compensation range: $50,000 - $120,000+ per year. Guaranteed Pay of $3,000 per month for the first 3 months. Earning potential is competitive and unlimited.
Schedule
Full-time, exempt position. Evening and weekend work may be required.
