The Sales Consultant at Ford Store Morgan Hill is an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for selling and a desire to work with customers. The Ford Store is the #1 volume Ford Dealership in the Bay Area and is currently hiring and training new sales consultants in their no-hassle selling process.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable about Ford vehicles and services, the industry, and the market
• Work with customers to sell Ford vehicles and services
• Deliver world-class customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Positive attitude
• Confident and outgoing personality
• Professional appearance
• Great communication skills

Qualifications

• Talent is highly valued and compensated well
• No prior sales experience necessary but some Ford experience is preferred

• Knowledge of Ford vehicles and services
• Customer service skills

Pay

• Base Hourly Compensation: $16.00
• Commission Compensation: Based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved (no upper limit)
• Production Bonus: Based on individual or team performance (no fixed upper limit)

Schedule

• Shifts available: 10 hour, 12 hour, 8 hour
• Holidays and weekends as needed
