About the role

Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at our Audi Volkswagen Clarksburg location. This role focuses on handling internet leads and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Work with internet leads to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online materials
• Deliver inquiries and messages promptly to other sales personnel and departments

Requirements

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
