Responsibilities
- Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls to assist our Client Care Division.
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers.
- Satisfy the vehicle needs of Internet-generated customers.
- Collaborate with our Client Care Division and assist with incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
- Be available to respond to appointments made, demonstrate the features and benefits, email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.
- Awareness of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
- Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration.
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
- Aid customers in appropriate vehicle selection.
Qualifications
- Quality customer service skills, and proven sales track record.
- Ability to work Full Time including Saturdays and some evenings. Every other Sunday schedule permitting.
- Confident, pleasant and professional.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
- Possess time management skills and be able to work independently.
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process; not intimidated by the word "No."
- Take direction well.
- Must be a team player.
