What You Will Do

• Communicate with guests in a professional manner
• Operates switchboard telephone system
• Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, minimizing hold times
• Takes thorough messages, including caller's name, company name if applicable, time, and message
• Aids the accounting office with various clerical duties as needed
• Assists with customer complaints with integrity and poise, referring to the appropriate individual for further communication

Requirements

• Demonstrated superior customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and handle several phone calls at once
• At least a high school diploma/GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Dealership and/or recent retail receptionist experience
• Able to work evenings and weekends
