Automotive Receptionist

About the role

We are looking to add a Full Time Front Desk Greeter to our Administrative department. If you genuinely enjoy helping guests and making people feel welcome, this job is for you! Our Greeters at Inver Grove Ford are absolutely critical to our success.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests entering the dealership with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Answer guest questions and guide them to the appropriate department
• Receipt vehicle down payments
• Scan dealership documents into scanning system
• Light data entry
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized desk

Requirements

• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Detailed professional appearance required
• Positive attitude
• Ability to problem solve
• Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

Pay

$16 - $20 an hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
