Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Support dealership staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Office experience preferred; automotive dealership experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with CDK/ADP is a plus
