About the role
Group1 Toyota of Hyannis is seeking a qualified Parts Counter Person to join our team. This role is key to maintaining an efficient, customer-focused parts department.
Responsibilities
- Meet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing the information they need.
- Ensure incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
- Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
- Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
- Inform customers of any current specials.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
Requirements
- Two or more years of related experience in a busy automotive parts department preferred but not required.
- One or more years of sales experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license in the state where you will work and a good driving record.

Pay
The compensation for this position ranges from $16.50 to $25.00 an hour and is a combination of hourly pay plus commission.
