About the Role

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic, self‑motivated Parts Counter Salesperson to join the BMW team. While automotive experience is a plus, it is not required; comprehensive training and continued growth opportunities are provided for candidates with talent, energy, and ambition.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals at the parts pick‑up window.
• Assist service technicians and walk‑in customers in purchasing parts and accessories.
• Receive training on inventory control, stocking, and pulling automotive parts from the stockroom.
• Deliver parts to customers located away from the dealership as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a clean, valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School graduate, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience working as a parts counter salesperson in a dealership setting (preferred).
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to understand manufacturers’ specifications.
