Automotive Parts Counter Person

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians and walk-in customers in purchasing parts and accessories
• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals approaching the parts pick-up window
• Receive training on inventory control, stocking, and pulling automotive parts from the stockroom
• Deliver parts to customers located away from the dealership

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean, valid driver's license
• High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School Graduate, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience working as a parts counter salesperson in a dealership setting preferred
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to understand manufacturers specifications
