Automotive Painter - 1st Shift

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Painter to transform raw truck components into finished, road-ready vehicles with high-quality finishes. Responsibilities include: painting full truck bodies, chassis, cabs, trailers, and tractors; operating painting tools such as cup guns, pressure pots, and airless sprayers; reading blueprints and work orders for precise application; performing equipment setup and maintenance; ensuring safety and quality standards; and promoting a clean work environment.Qualifications and skills: auto body experience, ability to pass a paint test, proficiency with painting tools, basic math and measurement skills, and familiarity with blueprints. Previous manufacturing or truck body experience is preferred.Physical requirements: standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 pounds, bending, reaching, and working at heights or in tight spaces.
