Automotive Painter - 1st Shift

About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Painter to transform raw truck components into finished, road-ready vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and apply high-quality paints and finishes
• Operate tools such as cup guns, pressure pots, and airless sprayers
• Read blueprints and work orders for precise application
• Perform maintenance on painting equipment
• Adhere to safety protocols and waste management

Requirements

• Auto body experience
• Ability to pass a paint test
• Basic math and blueprint reading skills
• Familiarity with paint tools and measurement techniques
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and work in various positions
