Automotive Painter - 1st Shift

We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Painter to transform raw truck components into high-quality, visually appealing finishes. In this role, you will Apply paints and finishes to truck bodies, chassis, trailers, and tractorsOperate painting tools such as cup guns, pressure pots, plural systems, and airless sprayersRead and interpret blueprints and work orders for precise applicationPerform setup, maintenance, and safety checks on equipmentEnsure safety compliance and maintain a clean workspaceSupport surface preparation and final finishing processes Qualifications & Skills Auto body repair experience and ability to pass paint testsProficiency with painting tools and blueprint readingBasic math and measurement skills, computer literacyPhysical ability to stand, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform physical tasksPrevious manufacturing or truck body experience is a plus Key Duties Applying diverse colors and finishes with precisionMaintaining tools and equipmentAdhering to safety standards and proceduresContributing to a team-focused, safety-conscious environment This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within a supportive, inclusive workplace dedicated to innovation and excellence in transportation manufacturing.
