Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team
  • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, aiming for repeat business and positive referrals.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the department
  • Monitor processes to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and meet customer commitments.
  • Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality
  • Stay updated with Ford and Toyota information and requirements
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve departmental financial objectives.
  • Monitor revenues, expenses, and profitability, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators, departmental metrics, and financial results.
  • Provide regular updates to dealership management regarding department performance and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manager position
  • Strong knowledge of automotive processes
  • Familiarity with Ford vehicles is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in computer systems and dealership management software.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Understanding of financial principles and experience in managing budgets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
