About the role

The Maintenance Manager at Sheehy Auto Stores is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the dealership’s facilities and equipment. This role involves performing daily inspections, addressing repairs, and assisting with facility upgrades.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily inspections of the facility and dealership equipment, identifying issues and addressing necessary repairs promptly.
  • Ensure all service bays, customer areas, and facility grounds are maintained to company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and dealership safety regulations.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions and promote a safety-first mindset among dealership staff.
  • Identify and address potential safety hazards, taking proactive measures to prevent accidents.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in facility or building maintenance, preferably in an automotive or dealership environment.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
  • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
