Automotive Inventory Clerk - Delray Toyota

Responsibilities

• Dealer trades Inventory Schedules
• Floorplan Payoffs
• Monthly Floorplan Reconciliation
• Monthly Inventory Reconciliation
• Receive new vehicles from manufacturers or auctions, verifying details against purchase orders.
• Accurately track and manage a car dealership's vehicle inventory, including new, used, and loaner cars, by performing physical counts, updating inventory systems, reconciling discrepancies, managing floor plan payments.
• Update inventory management systems with accurate vehicle details including VINs, condition, mileage, and pricing.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and address any issues with discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and identify potential overstocking or understocking situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of automotive inventory experience preferred
• Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication
