About the role
We're seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our successful Volkswagen and Hyundai dealership. As the #1 Hyundai Volume Dealer of 2025, our high sales volume creates consistent opportunities to maximize income while providing valuable protection products.
Responsibilities
- Sells financing to customers.
- Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer.
- Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
- Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
- Processes all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions.
- Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations affecting the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments.
- Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner.
- Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting.
- Acquires and maintains continuing credit insurance education as needed.
- Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Seeks new lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and finance programs continually.
- Works with sales managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
- Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees.
- Takes all credit applications.
- Handles all rate quotations.
- Develops and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Collects documentation required by lender, DMV, DOL or dealer for customer deal.
- Ensures funding is secure and received timely.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience in a dealership environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.
- Proficiency with dealership software and standard computer applications.
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Proven ability to build value, overcome objections, and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay
Expected Annual Earnings: $150,000-$180,000, based on performance.
