About the role
The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of customer financing at Bentley Maserati Jacksonville. This includes working closely with customers to understand their financial needs, processing loan applications, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.Responsibilities
- Manage customer finance applications from start to finish
- Work with customers to negotiate terms and conditions of loans
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies
- Monitor and manage customer payment schedules
- Resolve any issues related to customer finance accounts
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive finance or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
