Finance Manager - Automotive

We are looking for an Experienced Automotive F&I Manager at Bob Bell Ford Bel Air, formerly Plaza Ford. The dealership serves the greater Baltimore, Maryland area and values happy employees who deliver award‑winning service.

Pay

Income potential $180,000 – $220,000

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize finance department profitability and product penetration.
• Track portfolio with lenders.
• Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork daily to ensure timely turnaround on all deals.
• Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals.
• Model professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods.
• Set and maintain the finance department work schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an automotive finance manager (required).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Self‑motivation.
• Ability to work within a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
