Responsibilities
- Present financing and leasing options in a professional, customer-focused manner
- Secure financing approvals through lender partnerships
- Offer vehicle protection products, service contracts, GAP coverage, and other aftermarket products
- Ensure all deal paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Review contracts and disclosures with customers
- Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure a smooth purchase process
- Build strong relationships with lending institutions and product providers
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while maximizing dealership profitability
- Stay current on federal, state, and lender compliance requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive F&I experience required
- Proven track record of F&I performance and product sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with electronic contracting (e-contracting) platforms preferred
- Comfortable adapting to technology-driven dealership processes and lender systems
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or other dealership software preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
